If you want to set yourself in motion for success, you have to:

• Have clarity of purpose. That is, you should know exactly what you want.

• Start something. Every success story has a beginning.

Ask yourself the following questions:
When do you want yours to begin, tomorrow or today?
What is the smallest step you can take towards the fulfilment of your dream?
Where can you start?
What do you have with you that you can begin with?
What financial, material, mental and social resources do you possess?
Who are the people you can enlist to be part of your team to achieve your dream?
• Use your gift to create value.
• Apply your talent in the area of your strength.
• Appreciate the talent that gives you a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
You either give the market what it demands (value) and become wealthy or reject it demands and continue to struggle financially. The market pays only for value and nothing else.
• Passion alone is not enough to create success. Your product and service must be of high quality.
• Your brand must stand for something that the market yearns for.
• If you want to be a genius in what you do, use this simple formula:
Focus + Daily improvement + Time = Genius

• Ultimately, the books/blog posts you read and the people you move with or follow on social media will determine where you will be in the next five years.
